Book Review: The Remembering Process by Daniel Barrett and Joe Vitale

The Remembering Process is a process of attracting things to you by "remembering" the details of how you achieved your future goal. You remember the past in detail about how you achieved it. One way you can use this process is you can create remembering letters about the day you reached your goal, etc. You could write the details on a piece of paper or record your voice on a voice recorder.

By using the remembering process you can also pull things toward you. The feeling it gives you helps fuel your desires so that they are attracted to you at a higher speed. The process is a way of tapping into these vibrations. Gratitude also speeds up the manifestation.

I have used the process for my social anxiety. I have visualized in detail how I wanted my experience to be and how I felt doing it afterwards. it helped me tremendously with my anxiety.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I love reading books by Joe Vitale and was excited to read this book. I was not disappointed at all. I plan on using this process to write my first book. I know there are other things I could use this process, but writing my book would be the main thing.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there could have been more examples on what to use the remembering process for. Other that that,it is still a good book.

Short Update On My Neck Injury

I am doing a lot better with my neck within the past 8 months since going to see a chiropractor for it. I don't have the pain like I used to. I am diagnosed with a chronic torticollis. My neck has much more mobility and I can hold my head up better and can turn my head more to the right. It still is awkward to turn my head starting from the left all the way to the right. So I am getting there. In regards to my dizziness, it is a little better but I still can't go anywhere except to my appointment with the chiropractor. But overall, I'm doing much better in regards to my neck.

Book Review:Tune In: Let Your Intuition Guide You to Fulfillment and Flow by Sonia Choquette

I've read several other books by Sonia Choquette and loved them and this one is no exception. I was excited to read and review this book.I love to read books that help me to get in touch with my intuition. I feel like i have been disconnected with my intuition, because I don't trust it. I feel like I might be wrong and it would be disastrous.

This book is helping me regain trust in my inuition. Society is quite disconnected from intuition and spirit. We're taught that there is no such thing as the "still small voice". We're taught that is is all hooey.

The book is divided up into four steps. They are:
Step 1.Waking Up
Step 2.Digging Deep
Step 3.Taking the Leap
Step 4.Entering the Flow

I really resonated with Step 4,because I want to learn to trust in my intuition completely by "entering the flow".

I really enjoyed the sections in each chapter called "Asking the Questions" and "Daily Ritual". With "Asking the Right Questions", I can journal the response my spirit gives to those questions. "The Daily Ritual" are exercises that can help you get in touch with spirit.

This book is easy and fun to read. If you want to learn to "Tune in" to your inituion, then I recommend this book.
